By accessing or using Groupello ("we", "our", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Groupello is an independent directory platform that allows users to submit, browse, and discover Telegram groups, channels, and Discord servers ("communities"). Groupello is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Telegram Messenger or Discord Inc. in any way.

3. User Accounts

To submit communities or use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

4. Community Submissions

When submitting a community listing, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the owner or authorized representative of the community
• The invite link is valid, active, and publicly accessible
• All information provided is accurate and not misleading
• The community complies with Telegram's and Discord's own Terms of Service

All submitted listings are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to reject, remove, or modify any listing at our discretion.

5. Prohibited Content

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and possible account suspension:

• Spam, scams, phishing, or fraudulent communities
• Adult, explicit, or sexually suggestive content
• Hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or threats
• Content promoting illegal activities, violence, or self-harm
• Malware, viruses, or harmful software distribution
• Impersonation of other communities, brands, or individuals
• Duplicate or misleading listings
• Content targeting minors in an inappropriate manner

6. Payments and Refund Policy

Groupello offers paid boost tokens ("Tokens") that can be purchased to promote community listings on the platform.

• All purchases are final and non-refundable once the transaction is completed
• Tokens are credited to your account immediately upon successful payment
• Tokens do not expire and may be used at any time
• No refunds will be issued for unused tokens, expired boosts, or change of mind
• Boost time is consumed regardless of whether the listing receives clicks or views
• We do not offer partial refunds or credits for unused boost time

In the event of a verified technical error on our part that prevents token delivery, please contact us via our contact page within 7 days of purchase. We will review each case individually and at our sole discretion.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Groupello does not store credit card information. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Groupello name, logo, design, and all original content on the platform are the exclusive property of Groupello and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

By submitting content (names, descriptions, images), you grant Groupello a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use that content in connection with the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Groupello is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We are not responsible for the content, safety, legality, or availability of any community listed on the platform. Joining any community is done entirely at your own risk. We strongly recommend exercising caution when sharing personal information in any online community.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Groupello and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Groupello and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
